PRICE
The prices include VAT at 25 percent, we also reserve the right for any incorrect prices.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have full right of return and exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that you have not used the item and the brand tags must remain and that it is returned in undamaged condition. When returning or exchanging goods, you are responsible for the return cost. If the product is faulty, we are responsible for the return shipping. The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to special orders or specially made for you as a customer.
All attempts at fraud are reported to the police and we have the right to cancel the purchase if this is suspected.
We reserve the right for possible "printing errors" and we cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. How the color is rendered may depend on settings in your computer.
Remember that you bear the risk if the product is damaged when it is shipped back to us. Therefore, make sure that the product is well packed.
Sakis Päls&Mode reserves the right, in cases where the return is not complete, to charge the cost price for what is missing.
In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill our commitments to you.

When paying by cash on delivery, an extra fee of SEK 55 is added, which you pay when you pick up the package at your delivery point.

When delivering packages, we cooperate with Schenker and Posten, which have delivery points in most locations in Sweden.
We deliver the item between 1-3 days after receiving payment.
COMPLAINT OF GOODS
Complaint means that you notify us that you do not accept the product and that you indicate how you consider the product to be faulty. If the product is faulty, you must make a complaint as soon as possible and write down what is wrong with the product. Then write if you want a new product or the money back. If you receive an item that is incorrect or wrongly shipped, we will pay the shipping.
